You reserve your beef with a deposit, and the balance is due when your order is ready. We’ll email you pickup details once we get closer to butcher dates.

We have butcher dates scheduled for September, October and November.

A typical 25 lb beef box fits easily in a standard freezer.
A half beef usually needs 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space.
A whole beef needs 14-18 cubic feet.

Not yet. All beef is local pickup only in Cooksville, Maryland. Limited availability for local delivery (within 15 miles - $10)

We accept payment via invoice through QuickBooks, debit/credit card, check or cash at pickup

All beef boxes require a 50% deposit to reserve.
Add-ons do not require a deposit at preorder, as availability cannot be guaranteed until processing.

Beef boxes are curated, discounted bundles of mixed cuts.

By-the-cut options are individual cuts and add-ons available after processing, while supplies last.

Our cattle are raised on grass and hay with a small amount of grain throughout their life, and additional grain added during finishing. This approach produces beef that is tender, flavorful, and well-marbled — while also helping us maintain calm, easy-to-handle cattle.
