  • 2 lbs Steak (Sirloin, Flat Iron, Flank; Ribeye/NY Strip when available)

  • 2–3 lbs Roast (Chuck, Rump, Arm, Sirloin Tip)

  • 1–2 lbs Stew Meat or Slow-Cook Cut (Shank/Short Ribs)

15 lb Family Starter Box — $235

CUT SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Each box includes a curated mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and slow-cook cuts.
Because every steer yields a unique balance, specific cuts vary slightly by batch while keeping the weight and value identical.

Ground Beef Add-On

5 lb Bundle – $60 | 10 lb Bundle – $105

Everyday premium ground beef from our pasture-fed, grain-finished steers.
Vacuum-sealed in 1 lb packs. Save more when you stock up.

Comfort Add-On

12 lb | $165

Extra roasts and stew meat for the slow cooker or smoker. Chuck Roast, Rump/Arm Roast, Brisket Half or Tri-Tip, Stew Meat.


Steak Add-On

8 lb | $135

A grilling favorite featuring Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, and Flank or Flat Iron cuts.
Perfect for steak lovers who want premium variety without buying a full beef.

Due to limited quantity of steaks and roast per steer, the comfort add-on and steak add-on are not available for preorder - if you are interested in one of these add-ons, please let us know at the time of order to be placed on the waitlist.

Available By the Cut

Individual cuts may be available depending on the cutout from each steer.

How Preordering Works

1. Submit Your Preorder
Choose your box size and complete the form.

2. We Confirm Availability
We review incoming orders and confirm your spot for the next butcher date.

3. Pay Your Deposit
We send a QuickBooks invoice to secure your reservation. A 50% deposit is required for all beef box preorders. No deposit required to request any add-ons

4. Pick Up
We will contact you when the box is available for pickup. Once available, come to the farm in Cooksville for your USDA-processed, vacuum-sealed beef or request delivery ($10 within 15 miles)
